Services

• Health Check – Our Health Check service includes basic evaluation and analysis of database settings, configuration and maintenance based on established best practices for the database platform and specific software applications, including OnBase by Hyland. The Health Check service includes a detailed summary documenting the current state of the solution along with recommendations for establishing consistent achievement of best practices. Health Checks are available for all actively supported versions of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  
  
• Optimization – Optimization services provide proactive recommendations on improving system performance. By performing a database workload analysis over a period of hours, days or weeks, we are able to make recommendations on improving current performance as well as achieving or maintaining acceptable performance in a growing system. Optimization Services are available for all actively supported versions of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  
  
• Auditing and Reporting – Auditing and Reporting services include custom reporting solutions to provide better vision into business metrics and system processing, as well as audit log management of valuable historical logs. Reports can be integrated into a variety of reporting or dashboard solutions for access by executives, administrators or users and Audit Logs can be exported to existing or custom data warehousing solutions to meet retention requirements and provide business intelligence solutions for enhanced evaluation of activities over time. Auditing and Reporting services are available for all actively supported versions of SQL Server and Oracle databases, as well as other reporting and warehousing solutions.
  
  
• Database Architecture – Database Architecture services include schema design and evaluation, query tuning and indexing recommendations for custom developed applications as well as low-code or dynamically configured applications. We can evaluate your existing database architecture or work with your engineers to ensure optimal database design during the design and development phases of your custom applications. Database Architecture services are available for a variety of common relational database platforms including SQL Server and Oracle database.
